  • Iceburg Wedge Salad -Cold, crisp iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sweet onions and smoked bacon. Served with house-made buttermilk bleu cheese dressing.

  • Spicy Seared Rib Eye (14 oz.) $26 - Cast-iron seared and served with horseradish cream sauce
  • Bone-in Rib Eye (22 oz.)   $32 - Well-marbled for peak flavor and deliciously juicy.
  • Bone-on Filet Mignon (12 oz.) $31 - Steak at it’s best. Bone left on for richness of flavor.
  • Fire-Stoked Rack of Colorado Lamb (12 oz.)   $36 - Char-grilled and finished with an herbed demi-glace
  • Pork Loin Chop (12 oz. ) $19 - Citrus marinated and char-broiled
